Important Payment Notes

When are orders processed?
Orders placed after 7:00 PM get executed the next business day, as we manually process all orders after client verification. This ensures the security and quality of our service.
What documents are required?
For new accounts, we require a copy of valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) and address proof. This is required by ICANN/NIXI for domain registrations and for compliance purposes.
What if I pay and don't fill the order form?
After making a bank transfer or cash deposit, you must notify us by filling our order form or emailing support@economicalhost.com with your payment details (UTR/transaction reference, amount, date) so we can reconcile the payment and activate your account.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of 18% GST. The GST amount will be added when the final invoice is generated. A GST invoice is provided to all clients.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Draw cheques in favour of "Incyber Media and Technologies" and deposit at any HDFC or ICICI branch. ICICI Bank provides local clearance for outstation cheques, so you won't have to wait for an outstation clearance period.
