Important Renewal Information

When should I renew my domain? ▼
We strongly recommend renewing your domain at least 30 days before its expiry date. Domains that expire go into a Redemption Period and can become very expensive or permanently unavailable to recover.
What happens if my domain expires? ▼
If your domain expires, it first enters a Grace Period (typically 30–45 days) during which you can still renew at normal price. After that, it enters a Redemption Period where recovery costs significantly more (often ₹5,000–₹20,000+). Finally, it is deleted and available to anyone.
Who is responsible for domain renewal? ▼
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their domain is renewed on time. We send reminder emails, but it is your duty to check and confirm renewal after making payment. We recommend keeping a calendar reminder 60 days before expiry.
How long does renewal take? ▼
Once payment is confirmed and reconciled with our bank account, domain renewals are processed within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed after 7 PM may be processed the next business day.
Can I renew multiple domains at once? ▼
Yes! Contact our team with a list of domains to renew. We will provide a combined invoice and process all renewals together after payment is received.
